Tim Caughey, Endeavour Director and Consultant

Tim has worked since 1997 in many areas of Community Relations and Development, with experience in schools’ enrolment processes, promotion and advertising, developing programs that enhance a school community’s commitment to Christian education, Partnership Conferences, Church Liaison Programs and Vision Based Growth Programs.

He has also had extensive experience on School Boards with many years as Chairman.

Tim is a regular keynote speaker at the Society of Christian Schools in British Columbia Development Conferences. He is also a regular speaker at Christian Schools Conferences around Australia.

Endeavour has also run 3 Development Conferences in Australia.

Sandy May, Consultant and Office Manager

Sandy has worked in Community Relations and Development since 2002, with broad experience in promotions, enrolments, marketing, websites, and all aspects of building community within the parent body of a school.

Prior to this Sandy worked for the Program Against Micronutrient Malnutrition (PAMM), at the Centers for Disease Control, USA, for 6 years.
